Privacy and your data

InnerShift is provided by NLP Center Sweden, powered by MOSO International AB, Stockholm, Sweden, which is responsible for the service.

You do not need an account and we do not ask for your name or email.

Your conversation is kept only in your browser's working memory and is erased when you end the session, reload or close the tab. We do not save your conversations in any database.

To generate replies, each message is sent securely to an AI language model via our hosting platform, Base44, which may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. These providers process the text only to create a reply.

Please avoid sharing names, contact details or other information that could identify you or others.

What you share may touch on personal and emotional matters, so we have designed InnerShift to keep as little as possible.

Under the GDPR you have the right to information, access, erasure and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Since we store no conversation data, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete after your session.
